LID
The adoption date that we have been working toward is almost here! Our dossier is finally, finally complete and has been sent to China!
Our Locked-In-Date (LID) should happen within the next week or two.
To sum it up very, very briefly, being LID means that we will have access to a different group of files and to more files than what are currently accessible to us. Which means we could be/should be/hopefully will be matched with our child quicker than anything else in this process has been.
Please pray for the next couple of months. Pray for our child who is not going to be with us for the holidays. Pray for us, that we don't get (even more) discouraged with this process. Pray that the right child for our family is found quickly and that we can get to him or her without any challenges or delays.
